Terms and Conditions

We kindly ask that you take a moment to read the following terms and conditions carefully before using this website or making a reservation. These legal terms apply for all services by the Ever Spring Hotel:

 

BOOKINGS AND RESERVATIONS:

  • Customer can make reservations in advance by using Ever Spring Hotel website, email, phone and in person.   
  • At the time of reservation, customers will be required to provide their identification information such as name, address, nationality and email address. The Ever Spring Hotel may ask for more information. 
  • No booking shall be treated as confirmed until customer receives a confirmation code from the Ever Spring Hotel. 
  • If customer needs to make changes in his/her reservations, he/she should email the Ever Spring Hotel with the confirmation code and his/her new appeal. The Ever Spring Hotel will try to accommodate with the new request. 

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT REQUIREMENTS:

  • In the interests of security, at the time of check-in, all guests will be required to provide their valid photo ID such as passport or driver license which will be scanned in the presence of the passport/ driver license holder. These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed by any police officer. The Ever Spring Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the valid photo ID.
  • Customer may check-in  at any time from 2.00 pm on the scheduled day of arrival. All rooms that have been reserved at the time of booking with the booking reference (confirmation code) will be held until 11 pm local time on the scheduled day of arrival unless customer has notified the Ever Spring Hotel of a late arrival via email or phone. Earlier check-in times may be possible subject to availability and the discretion of the Ever Spring Hotel. 
  • On the day of departure, all guests need to vacate their rooms by 12.00 pm. Late check-out after 12.00 pm can be requested subject to availability and will be charged at an hourly rate at the discretion of the Ever Spring Hotel. 
  • Out of reservation time, all free services such as WiFi, breakfast, computers and etc. are not available.
  • At the time of check-out, all possessions must be removed from the room and the keys returned to reception.

 

PAYMENT:

  • Customer must provide full payment in cash for the length of stay at check-in time. 
  • Ever Spring Hotel accepts the following currencies: USD, Euros and IRR. 
  • All outstanding charges and any damage incurred to the customer’s room or the Hotel during the length of stay must be paid for in full on check-out time. 

 

ACCOMMODATIONS AND AMENITIES:

  • Breakfast is served between 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. every morning.
  • All rooms are equipped with refrigerator, kettle and complimentary coffee and tea supplies.
  • Kitchen is equipped with microwave in case a customer wants to warm up a food.
  • Ever Spring Hotel’s coffee shop and restaurant is open form 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
  • Vegetarian and vegan food are available.
  • Free towel, linen, sheets and blanket are available upon request.
  •  Money Exchange is available at the Hotel for a low service fee (considering the online rate based on www.tgju.org website).

 

ACCESSIBILITY:

  • Customers with any disability and specific individual requirements may inform us prior to their arrival and we will do our best to accommodate to customer’s individual needs. 

 

PARKING:

  • Ever Spring Hotel does not have its own car park. However, the allay in front of the Hotel has spaces for parking. 
  • Ever Spring Hotel does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to the customer’s car and its contents. 

 

CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR:

  • Customers are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and respect for the Hotel’s property, employees, guests and their health and safety. 
  • Customers are requested not to disturb other guests or staff. 
  • Ever Spring Hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or remove the offensive customer and his/her co-travelers from the Hotel. If this is the case, the Hotel will have no obligation to refund the failure customer for lost accommodation, or any other loss or expense incurred. 

 

NO SMOKING:

  • Customers are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas. 
  • Ever Spring Hotel reserves the right to charge the customer who cannot adhere to “no smoking” rule for €300 and refuse entry to the Hotel. 

 

CHILDREN:

  • All children (under 18 years of age) must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Children under 2 years old are free of charge and children from 2 years old to 6 years old are half-price. 

 

PETS:

  • Pets are not allowed at Ever Spring Hotel.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

  • Ever Spring Hotel will not accepts any liability and will not pay any compensation where the performance of its obligations is affected directly or indirectly by any situations beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, flood, earthquake, natural disasters, extreme adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, fire or failure of electric power, gas, water or other utility service, plant machinery, computers, vehicles or any collapse of building structures.
  • Ever Spring Hotel will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any property left in the Hotel.
  • Ever Spring Hotel will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or pure economic loss or any loss of profit or loss of opportunity whether caused by the negligence of the Hotel or its employees. 
  • Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions or in any document referred to it shall be read or interpreted as excluding any liability for death or personal injury caused by the Hotel’s negligence or liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. 
  • Customer may leave his/her luggage at the Hotel’s storage room at the time of check-out for maximum 24 hours. The Hotel will not be responsible for any losses or damages. 

 

AGREEMENT FOR USE:

  • Customer warrants that he/she is at least 18 years of age and possesses the legal authority to access and use this website and agrees with all terms and conditions herein. 
  • Customer agrees to be financially responsible for all uses of this website and services by him/her as well as others using his/her personal and log-in information.
  • Customer agrees to supervise all usage by minors of this website and services under his/her name or account.
  • Customer also warrants that all information provided by him/her or members of his/her household in using this website and services is true and accurate.
  • Customer agrees that the reservation facilities of this website and services shall be used only to make legitimate reservations or purchases for him/her or for another person whom the customer is legally authorized to act. 
  • Customer understands that overuse and abuse of the reservation facilities, services, terms and conditions may result in he/she is being denied access to such services. 
  • Ever Spring Hotel reserves the right to change the terms, conditions without notice at any time. Customer is expected to check this page from time to time to take a notice of any changes owners made, as they are binding on him/her.
