After you reserve room(s) through Ever Spring Website, Email or phone, you will receive an email from Ever Spring Hotel with a confirmation code (booking reference). At check-in you need to show the confirmation code to the receptionist. As long as you have a confirmation code, you are assured your reservation is confirmed.
You must provide a valid photo ID (driver license or passport with valid visa) for all guests as well as the confirmation code for your reservation (which would be emailed to you after reserving a room)
